Legal

Privacy Policy.

Effective July 24, 2026. The short version: this website collects as close to nothing as a website can, and everything else is in your hands.

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit the Qubits website or email us. It is short because this site does very little with your data — by design.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the Qubits marketing website — the pages you are reading now. If you become a hosting, domain, or managed infrastructure client, those services are governed by a separate written service agreement with its own data-handling terms. Where the two differ, the service agreement controls for client services.

What this site does not collect

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers, and contains no forms that transmit data to us. There is no account to create and nothing you read here is recorded by us. Email links on this site open your own mail application — nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send it.

What we receive when you email us

When you email hello@qubitslogic.com, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and anything you attach. That is the only personal information this website leads to, and you control all of it — include only what you are comfortable sharing.

How we use it

We use your email to reply, to understand and scope the work you asked about, and to keep an ordinary record of our correspondence. We reply within two business days, usually faster. Emailing us never subscribes you to anything — we do not run a mailing list.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not combine your email with data from other sources.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence while it is relevant to an active conversation or business relationship, and afterwards as a normal business record. If you would like it gone sooner, ask — see your rights below.

Third parties we rely on

Two third parties are involved in running this site: the hosting provider that serves these static files (which, like most web servers, may keep standard access logs), and the email provider that stores and delivers messages sent to hello@qubitslogic.com. Neither is used to track you on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask what correspondence we hold from you, request a copy of it, or request its deletion at any time by emailing hello@qubitslogic.com. We honour deletion requests unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a specific record — and if that is the case, we will tell you.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles data — for example, if we ever add a contact form — we will update this policy and the effective date at the top before the change goes live.
