An informational website
This website exists to describe what Qubits does — cloud hosting, domains and DNS, migrations, and managed infrastructure — and to help you decide whether to talk to us. Its content is general information, not professional advice, and browsing it creates no contract or service relationship between us.
Hosting and domain services
Hosting, domain, migration, and managed infrastructure services are provided under a separate written service agreement between you and Qubits. Pricing shown on this website is indicative and is confirmed in writing before any engagement begins. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website, along with the Qubits name and branding, belong to Qubits. You are welcome to read, link to, and quote the site with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of it, or use our name or branding in a way that implies endorsement, without written permission.
No warranties
The informational content on this website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or up to date at any given moment. Any commitments about the services we deliver are made in service agreements, not on marketing pages.

This website may link to third-party sites. We link in good faith, but we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qubits is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its informational content. Liability connected to client services is addressed in the applicable service agreement, not here.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Qubits is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
